Do I light the wick?
No. The lamp melts the wax with light and warmth only.
The stem feels stiff. What should I do?
Loosen the adjustment collar fully before moving the stem, slide it gently, then tighten the collar to hold it in place.
Can I use wax melts?
Yes. Place wax melts in a small heat-safe dish on the base and lower the shade.
Is it bright enough to use as a lamp?
Yes. On higher settings it doubles as a cozy accent light, and on low it works as a night light.
