Can I use wax melts?
Yes. Put the melts in a small heat-safe dish on the base and lower the shade over it.
Do I light the candle?
No. The lamp warms the wax with light and gentle heat only. Keep the wick unlit.
The arm leans at full height. Is that normal?
Tighten the adjustment collar fully after setting the height. That locks the pole in place.
